In the workshops we partner with, a comfort shoe is defined by a removable soft-PU insole topped with leather, an outsole tested in flexion and a last shaped from the real anatomy of a tired adult foot — not from the outline of a fashion photo. The line spans many models, from the dress loafer to the wedge sandal, all built on the same comfort architecture.
The removable-insole system
Every comfort model ships as standard with a removable insole. It is the single most decisive comfort feature for the ageing European consumer — and the simplest returns argument for your in-store team: your customers can slip in orthotic insoles prescribed by a podiatrist without having to cut into the shoe.
Most models feature a moulded soft-PU footbed, lined with a leather or microfibre top layer.

Is your comfort footwear orthopaedic?
The standard line is "comfort", not medical-grade orthopaedic — but the removable-insole system lets your customer fit the orthotic insoles they have been prescribed.
Which sizes do you produce?
EU 36 to 42 as standard for women, EU 40 to 46 for men. Extended size runs (EU 35, 43–45 women) are available from 50 pairs per model. Wide fits (EE) are offered for the German, Austrian, Dutch and Nordic markets.
What is the lead time for repeat orders?
8 to 10 weeks from the order date for any catalogue model in standard colours.
